This group is for all those interested in environmental issues in Reading. This network group has been formed so that members can communicate with each other in a safe and easy way through the website. Become a member to receive information, resources and contact each other with regard to environmental issues in Reading. Tips for example: Rethink your breakdown cover. The major breakdown organisations all lobby for more roads. The Environmental Transport Association works to help us use cars less. Green decorating: use organic, solvent-free paints (eg see ecospaints.com) - better for you and the planet, cleaner to use. Say it with flowers on Mothers' Day: but avoid the cut blooms that have been heavily sprayed with pesticides and flown half way round the world.
